¿Éxito o frustración?https://bflt.journals.ekb.eg/article_58355_c3d32b18059fd137e524d237e6fdab33.pdfAl-Azhar University; Faculty of Languages and TranslationBulletin of The Faculty of Languages & Translation2090-850415220180701INTRODUCCIÓN Y REPERTORIO BIBLIOGRÁFICO PARA EL ESTUDIO TRADUCTOLÓGICO Y CONTRASTIVO DE LA FRASEOLOGÍA ESPAÑOLA55855836010.21608/bflt.2018.58360ENTAREKSALEMFacultad de Lenguas y Traducción

Translation requires constant improvement, given that the translator's ability to improve the arrival text could be limited because he gets used to it, with its advantages and disadvantages, and it becomes difficult to discover errors. There are several problems that face the work of the reviewer, although the probably most serious problem that hinders the good practice of this activity is the subjectivity with which many reviewers value and introduce changes to the arrival text, to the point where some reviewers find it difficult to justify their own changes, and that is why many translators sometimes hesitate to apply the changes and improvements of the reviewer. This study aims to answer the question of how to review the translation in an objective and methodological way, so that the revision is not based on personal values and subjective criteria.https://bflt.journals.ekb.eg/article_58371_1cf9e1c609b7e4dfcd676642090e4f5e.pdfAl-Azhar University; Faculty of Languages and TranslationBulletin of The Faculty of Languages & Translation2090-850415220180701The Use of the Definite and the Indefinite in the Ever-Glorious Qur’an1071265837610.21608/bflt.2018.58376ENBasheer IbrahimElghayeshFaculty of Languages and Translation, Al Azhar University

Der Al-Azhar Universität in KairoJournal Article20191111The research examines an old topic which is nevertheless can be described as a modern one since it is relevant to today's reality. It is old because of its originality which is relating to the cornerstone of the Islamic, religious thought, that is, revelation. According to the Islamic Sharia, revelation is the main source of divine legislation, while intellect is the human tool that projects its ultimate objectives. This topic can also be described as modern out of the fact that there are different opinions on which of them has preceded the other in tackling religious issues and the other newly-emerged crises. Since this difference was of great danger, Sheikh Abd Al-Halim in his Al-Islam Wa Al-Aql (trans. Islam and Intellect) stated a clear-cut opinion on this topic, affirming that revelation should be given absolute precedence to intellect within a number of certain issues investigated within the research. In doing so, Sheikh Abd Al-Halim relied mainly on the a scientific approach called al-Ittiba (lit. following) in which he became fully convinced after he finished his thesis on Al-Harith Al-Muhasabi. The paper reached the conclusion that Sheikh Mahmoud has taken firm stance on the point that revelation should be given precedence on intellect, to the extent that he severely criticized the founders of the Schools of Rationalism, past and present. For this reason, he views Mu'tazzlites as the main reason behind all the discord and contorvery over the Islamic Thought, and so did he criticize Sheikh Muhammad Abdo, his School of Thought, and his advocates. The research examined the reasons why Sheikh Mahmoud reached this conclusion, believing that the list of these reasons includes, among many others, the spiritual impact of the mainstream Sufism on him and also his influence with the Imam Al-Ghazali's spiritual School of Thought. The researcher applies the analytical and comparative approaches within this study for the following reasons; first: to be objective in examining the views of the Sheikh on this serious topic- these viewed described by others as radical; second: to highlight the point on Mahmoud's spiritual and intellectual influence with the opinions of Al-Ghazali on the relationship between revelation and intellect. It furthermore criticizes him in some points. https://bflt.journals.ekb.eg/article_58383_95dafd6b3834a1e2222a7cc71b0cfa4a.pdfAl-Azhar University; Faculty of Languages and TranslationBulletin of The Faculty of Languages & Translation2090-850415220180701Tofauti za Vitamkwa baina ya Kiswahili cha Unguja na Kiswahili cha Tanzania Bara1612185838510.21608/bflt.2018.58385ENSameh AnwarBayoumiKitengo cha Lugha za Kiafrika

Chuo Kikuu cha Al-AzharJournal Article20191111The Swahili region was expanded due to several factors, including historical, cultural, geographical and commercial ones. This resulted in a variety of dialects of Swahili speakers. The aspect of phonetic differences is very important among Swahili dialects, so this research is focusing on the vocal differences between the dialects of Kiunguja and Kibara.
The researcher collected the material of this research from two ways. <strong>First</strong>: through blogging, where the researcher collected his material through direct dialogue with the people of the two dialects. <strong>Second</strong>: through collecting words that have vocal differences from the lexicons “<strong>Kamusi ya Kiswahili Sanifu</strong>” and “<strong>Kamusi la Kiswahili Fasaha</strong>”.
This research is focusing on the vocal differences between the dialects of Kiunguja and Kibara, with the aim of determining the different usage of the silent, sounds and semi-sounds. By this way, the research contributes to the Library of Swahili Linguistics and its dialects. The researcher used a comparative linguistics approach.
The research is divided into three sections that are mentioned in the introduction on the variety of the Swahili language. The first section outlines the phenomenon of the difference of the silent letters, the phenomenon of replacing some of the silent letters in the center and the beginning of the word, the phenomenon of inserting the silent in the center and the beginning of the word, then the phenomenon of deleting the silent in the center, and finally the phenomenon of replacing a silent with a vocal letter.
The same thing was presented by the researcher in the phenomenon of replacing the sounds and their combination, deleting and prolonging them at the beginning, center and end of the words. The third topic focused on the issue of semi-sound differences in words and its location in the word. At the end of the research, the researcher presented the research findings and recommendations. Then the research supplements and references relied on.https://bflt.journals.ekb.eg/article_58385_8482fc2c4e61815a088543a75eed8d06.pdfAl-Azhar University; Faculty of Languages and TranslationBulletin of The Faculty of Languages & Translation2090-850415220180701Versuche der Sprachreinigung im Deutschen Reich: „Der Allgemeine Deutsche Sprachverein“2192385839210.21608/bflt.2018.58392ENAshraf SamirMohamedDozent an der El Alsun Fakultät

Then, in 1885, with the help of some academicians and politicians, he founded a German-speaking association which objectives were set as follows:
1. To purify the German language of unnecessary foreign words
2. To maintain and renew the unique and true spirit of the German language,
3. To enhance public awareness of all Germans, not only in terms of language, but also with regard to being Germans in general.
This paper focuses on what the German General Assembly achieved from 1885 until the beginning of World War I in 1914, in terms of success and failure, in particular the inclusion of foreign words through translation, the inevitability of the enormous problems in the transfer of general language principles to the language actually used outside Academic circles.https://bflt.journals.ekb.eg/article_58392_c9afd31a51bc24871d8a9541b574f66f.pdfAl-Azhar University; Faculty of Languages and TranslationBulletin of The Faculty of Languages & Translation2090-850415220180701An Eco-linguistic Account of Press Real Estate Advertisements in Egypt2392985840410.21608/bflt.2018.58404ENRehab FaroukGadLecturer of Linguistics

Recently, research has witnessed an increase in demand to highlight the way language and ecology can be applied to over-lapping concerns; this has paved the way for research into eco-linguistics (a challenge to the 20th century linguistics). Hence, the present paper focuses on the analysis of real estate advertisements as shown in print media. Data is based on real estate advertisements displayed in two Egyptian newspapers: Al-Waseet “<em>The medium</em>”, a free weekly advertising newspaper, and Al-Ahraam “<em>The Pyramids</em>”, the most popular local newspaper in Egypt. The study carries out a linguistic analysis of these advertisements and their close relation to the eco system in Egypt. The theoretical framework within which this study is conducted is based on Halliday (1990), Weinrich (1990), fill (1998), and Armstrong (2010). A corpus of 39 advertisements was collected over a one month period starting from Friday the 6th of April, 2018 to Friday the 27th of April, 2018. The study aims to find out the prominent elements in these advertisements and how the ecological variation in Egypt induces a variation of linguistic patterns of real estate advertisements. The main focus is on investigating the ecological contexts in which these advertisements are embedded. The paper is divided as follows: section (1) introduces the topic; section (2) reviews some relevant literature on the language of advertising; section (3) discusses the main approaches of eco-linguistics. Data is described and analyzed in section (4) and section (5) sums up the main results and recommendation of the study.https://bflt.journals.ekb.eg/article_58404_9de1faa1e674d8f225e5202539028673.pdfAl-Azhar University; Faculty of Languages and TranslationBulletin of The Faculty of Languages & Translation2090-850415220180701Justice in Crime Fiction: Edgar Allan Poe's "The Murders in the Rue Morgue" and Agatha Christie's Murder On the Orient Express2993345840910.21608/bflt.2018.58409ENDoaa TalaatOwaisDepartment of Languages,

It is an attempt to bring fresh perspectives and interpretations to the genre- its definition, origin, history and elements are all explored- through a comparative analysis of two different writers in order to discover new readings and discussions of their biography and literary legacy. In addition, the researcher aimed at comparing between the male/female and American/British manipulation of the chosen works, especially Christie can be considered an extension to Poe. Furthermore, the researcher explored two different ages in two different countries in order to monitor the changes occurred to the genre, starting from the late nineteenth to the early twentieth centuries. In addition, the similarities and dissimilarities between Poe's short story and Christie’s novel are all examined.
This study also manipulates a general background of crime fiction as a genre, its origin, characteristics, stages for development and its aim to arrive at the truth and achieving justice among societies. The researcher manipulates a comparative study between the two-selected works to discover the hidden motives beneath the crime, the character of the detectives, the clues, solutions, criminals and how to achieve justice at the end of the selected works. https://bflt.journals.ekb.eg/article_58409_39a2a3eb472c2a0aba565b98a5a4f73c.pdfAl-Azhar University; Faculty of Languages and TranslationBulletin of The Faculty of Languages & Translation2090-850415220180701Les contraintes du choix lexical dans la traduction des sens du Coran vers le français3353775841110.21608/bflt.2018.58411ENAbdelrahman AhmedFodaProf-adjoint au département de français, Faculté de langues et de traduction, Université d'Al-AZHARJournal Article20191111It is a 43-page research that highlights the following topics: the Unique Linguistic Structure of the Noble Quran and the extremely precise meanings implied in its words and which cannot be translated by more than one single vocabulary; the problem and difficulty of translating the sacred texts and the obstacles hindering the translation of the Quran into other languages; and the role of the translator in selecting the words to be used while translating the verses of the Noble Quran, stressing meanwhile that creativity is embodied in translation, not vice versa.
The research also examines the duals, i.e. the meaning/the style and the original meaning/the figurative meaning, highlighting thereby the importance of the point that the concise translation of Qur'anic word should conform to reason and context, which the translator should seriously consider during the process of translation.
It furthermore projects the importance of selecting vocabularies in the process of translation, stressing that neglecting this point will eventually result in distorting the target text; the significance of considering the context while selecting the word to be translated; and how to translate the demonstrative pronouns, projecting meanwhile how they are precisely used in the Quran. We finally highlighted the point on how to translate some words used in reference to creed or in figurative matters.
We concluded that the process of translation of the Quran is not an easy task, thus not anyone can undertake it.https://bflt.journals.ekb.eg/article_58411_3ee0ac8e8ed0b3053270d4618a8729ad.pdfAl-Azhar University; Faculty of Languages and TranslationBulletin of The Faculty of Languages & Translation2090-850415220180701Mental Disability in Islamic Jurisprudence from a Moral Perspective3794115841210.21608/bflt.2018.58412ENMuḥammad Fawzy‘Abdel-HayFaculty of Languages and Translation

Department of German StudiesJournal Article20191111It is mainly about making clear the intercultural diversity and the diversity of scientific thinking. This aspect should be at the center of this research work, that in each culture there are different specific aspects that are valid only in every culture and only some people can understand and explain them.
It is thus the task of text linguistics to familiarize with this culture-specific text type knowledge. To analyze the cultural specificity of obituaries one does not just base on the text-internal factors; such as stylistic and structural features, but also on situational and functional aspects.
But it is also the task of a culture bearer to translate and adapt these cultural differences in thinking, behavior, spiritual, natural, social, political and cultural life in his own culture.
Again, the paper deals with the determination mechanism of the obituary as a type of text on the one hand and on the one hand on the aspect of the choice of words and the type of sentence patterns as text-internal criteria on the other hand. On the other hand, the work also assumes a parallel task; namely to address the textexternen criteria that deal with the communication situation.
Consequently, the study examines the coherence of the obituary notice and its cohesion as a necessary condition for the textuality of a sentence sequence, i. to produce the semantic-cognitive context of meaning of this type of text. In other words, questions can be asked; namely: Which verbal and non-verbal components constitute the obituaries? And what is the connection between the surface structure, on which many units of information of the text are linguistically realized, and connected by means of cohesion, and the deep structure or the conceptual basis of the text in question?
