Publication Ethics

  • The journal adheres to ethical rules regarding the publication of research, for referees and researchers. The research is referred to two referees who are experienced in the precise specialization of the subject matter. Confidentiality and objectivity in the selection of referees shall be taken into account.
  • In case of discrepancies or discrepancies in the reports of the referees, the search shall be referred in strict confidentiality to a third referee for probation, in the interest of the magazine to apply the criteria of objectivity and fairness.
  • The journal imposes a strict ethical obligation on the Editorial Board and reviewers not to disclose any scientific information or material contained in the research being judged for publication, and the views and observations contained in the arbitration report must be kept confidential.
  • Researchers and the review process are dealt with on an objective basis of intellectual content and not on any other basis, whether racial, ideological, political or otherwise, whether the researcher or the referee.
  • To ensure that there is no conflict of interest between the researcher and any of the editors in the journal for any reason. The journal categorically prohibits editors from using any unpublished material from research submitted to the journal in their own research.
  • The journal is obliged to inform the researcher of the decision regarding the publication, whether by accepting without making any modifications, provided that certain modifications are made based on the referee's decision - or apologizing for not publishing, explaining the reasons for this. The journal respects the right of the researcher to submit the pre-final version for review before publication, to correct any typographical or linguistic error, but not to make substantial amendments, within a certain period of time that the researcher does not have to override so as to be able to print and publish according to the administrative and technical procedures of the magazine.
  • The journal also adheres to its duties and responsibilities towards other parties. It reserves the right to own intellectual property rights for the peer-reviewed research it publishes.
