Abstract

The Virtual Library of Spanish Philology (BVFE) is an online bibliographic directory that brings together works digitized by nearly 250 institutions around the world. Through this library, users can access dictionaries, grammars, prosody manuals, as well as many types of linguistics. This article aims to give an overview of the production of digitized Arabic grammar heritage in the BVFE. Through this library, research lines open for works that, unless digitized and catalogued, their occurrence would not have been possible. Our starting point is examining the works of Arabic grammar through presenting a review of the common objectives of the contexts that accompanied its emergence. So we are going to use the recorded content to date of this library to reflect on Arabic grammar materials. This work, through this ambitious project of the BVFE, opens up new expectations in the hands of researchers regarding the heritage of the Arabic language.
